Brian Merka
With over 20 years of experience in the industrial construction industry, I've developed a deep expertise in civil and structural infrastructure. As the owner of multiple companies, I lead a team that delivers top-tier civil services to both commercial, industrial, digital infrastructure, and renewable energy clients across the lower United States.
I thrive on building relationships, solving complex problems, and contributing to the success of both my clients and my business. Whether it's developing innovative solutions for traditional construction or supporting the growth of large-scale commercial, industrial, digital and energy infrastructure, I'm passionate about driving growth and sustainability—both for my clients and my own team.
Procurement & Contracts
Alina Dewhurst
As a Contracts and Procurement Specialist with Encore Energeia, bringing more than 10 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, vendor relations, and business operations. Her career is defined by determination, hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of the processes that support successful construction organizations. Starting from the ground level, Alina worked her way through increasingly responsible roles in contracts and procurement, developing practical expertise in negotiations, vendor management, compliance, purchasing, and strategic sourcing.
